Emerald City

on lorelai: shirt: zara kids (similar in neon) | pants: baby gap (similar) | shoes: zara mini 

After finding out that Mr. Jackson likes me best in green, I've made a conscious effort to purchase and wear more of it (heads up, emerald is 2013's Pantone color of the year!). The things we do for the people we love... This Zara dress (though easily wrinkled) has the slightest high-lo effect, making me feel a little more covered in the backside area. Bottom coverage is a must when you're chasing a two year old around all day! I added this sparkle belt to give my shapeless dress a more defined waist and we spent the afternoon strolling the neighborhood and making a fro-yo run!

  3. Love the dress! And yes, I totally wear something when someone tells me I look good in it! In middle school I was a bit of a tomboy and always wore my hair up in a pony tail. Then I was told by a boy that I looked better with the my hair down. After that, I don't think I wore my hair up for months! xo
